Delete your Kinwell account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. The fastest way is inside the app — it takes about ten seconds and happens immediately.

From the app

  1. Open Kinwell and tap the gear icon in the top right of the dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to Privacy & data.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Read what will be removed, then type DELETE to confirm.

If you can't access the app

Email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it within 30 days. Include your first name and, if you know it, your Family ID.

This cannot be undone. If you are the only member of your family, deleting your account permanently destroys every check-in, medication record, task and appointment in it. If you want to keep that history, invite someone else to the family first.

Retention

Nothing is retained after deletion beyond what our infrastructure provider holds in routine backups, which are overwritten within 30 days. We keep no separate copy of your data.
